Morning Class Three! You may notice that this page does not look quite as jam packed today, that is beacuse we are trying out a new way to give you your work.
Don't panic, it isn't really too different. We are just going to be sharing your tasks and work through Teams rather than on here. On teams we will give you a weekly overview that tells you what your learning tasks are for that week. Then you will be able to find the documents and links you need on teams and on the overview. We are going to give it a try as we think it will make it easier for you as all the work is in one place and you can see the plan for the whole week!
So what do you do now?
Head to teams as you normally would for our call and login. You will find prompts on what to do next on there, or you can read the instructions below:
On our Teams page you will find a new channel on the left hand side - It may look like this and say hidden channels - just click on it and you should find this weeks channel.
Click on this weeks channel named
Week beginning 25th Jan you will find a new chat and meeting area. - Just like we have in the general channel. We will post messages and hold our meetings this week in here.
Now go into Files in this channel (See pic below for where this is...)
You will find the week overview that has all your work and links just as we would normally post on this page.
We will still be asking for one piece of work to be sent to us each day and this is shown on the weekly overview, you should do this just as you have been doing already, by emailing the work or a photo to the class email. We will be using the chat/message section on Teams to share Dojos and praise with the whole class and you can ask questions here too. However please just remember we do see all the messages and it should really be used for work. One emoji is fine but please don't keep sending lots and lots of emojis :)
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY!
As this is a bit different, I have also put a copy of the overview with all your work onto here for you to use this morning if you need to. I will be using our call this afternoon to guide you around Teams and explain it a bit more! To get on the call at 2pm you login to Teams as usual but need to open up the channel for that week, Week beginning 25th January for this week, and the link to the call will be there. It won't appear on the General channel.
