Computing and writing

12 Sep 2023

Another great week in class one!

In computing, we logged into the computers then went onto Purple Mash. Then, we created an avatar. We could choose lots of different hairstyles, clothes and facial features. The children really enjoyed exploring the different options before having a go on the painting tool. Finally, we talked about making sure we don't share our logins and information online to keep us safe.

On Friday, we spent time making compliments cards. The children carefully wrote cards to each other to make them smile and show they care.

In our areas, we have been learning how to look after a teddy in preparation for a new arrival next week. The children have shown us how they get the baby dressed, make their food, brush their teeth and much more.

We have also enjoyed making lots of models in the construction and playing outside.
