Good morning,
I hope you are enjoying the snow! Here are a few activities to do whilst you are warming up later.
Maths
Reception- We are focusing on Patterns. Use the PowerPoint to show you some patterns that you can recreate.

Year 1- we are focusing on measure. Can you measure objects around you house using a ruler or tape measure? What is the difference between the objects you have measured? Is one longer than the other? Then work through this PowerPoint.

Write about the fun you have had in the snow. Recount your events in a diary format, making sure you think carefully about you sentence and sit you letters on the line.
- Did you make a snow man?
- What did you wear?
- How did it feel?
- How did you get warm afterwards?
Please make sure you have done your homework and read your reading book. Most importantly, make sure you have lots of fun and send some pictures via tapestry or email (lthewsey@gfschools.co.uk) and I will share some pictures of your snowy adventures on the website later.
