Well, it has been a rather hot week but that hasn’t stopped class one. We have been ever so busy!
On Monday, reception enjoyed visiting playgroup. The explored the classroom and spent time with the children, it was lovely to see. They took shade in the willow den, spent time creating tracks for the vehicles and some of us enjoyed playing in their home corner.
On Wednesday, we had ice lollies and enjoyed having a longer story time! It was a lovely treat.
On Thursday, it was sports day. We started with a picnic lunch which was lovely followed by a carousel of activities such as. Then we moved onto races. The children particularly enjoyed the water relay at the end. It was lovely to see them all have a really good go and support each other. Well done, class one!
