Week 1
We have had such a fantastic first week at school. It has been lovely to see the children come in so well and hear all about the wonderful summers they have had. They have enjoyed being with their friends again š

Reception have enjoyed exploring the areas of the classroom. They have been doing lots of puppet shows and very much liked dressing up as superheros. They spent a lot of time working together to build a special superhero den and playing in the new mud kitchen.

In KS1 we have been working hard already! We have done some lovely work especially in RE where we began our topic on āWho am I? What does it mean to belong to a faith community?ā. Our lesson focused on what made us special. They talked about how they were physically different (such as hair colour, eye colour etc), families and what they were good at.
