Our last week

Well it has been a lovely final week in class one! We have very much enjoyed the year and have worked very hard. I couldn’t be prouder of the children they have made such amazing progress, and it has been so wonderful to see them develop over the year. I feel so lucky to work with such lovely children and their families too!!

Last week, year one and two spent time making some support vehicles for the world cup as part of their DT learning. They looked at current vehicles and then talked about what the team might need. Next we looked at how cars are made with wheels, axles and a chassis. The children then designed and made their own. They looked brilliant!

On Monday, the PTA had organized a special magic show. It was fantastic, we absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for organizing it!

We have also spent some time reflecting on the year, thinking about our favourite moments and memories. It has been so full and we have grown so much!
