This week we have spent time looking at our world faith of the year, Hinduism.
We had a whole school Collective Worship, where we were able to share what we could remember from our previous sessions. Then in Class we spent time learning about the Mandir, the Hindu place of worship.
During the lesson, we looked at the key features of a Mandir, what happens in a Mandir. We looked at who went and when they went.
We also learnt that Hindus have shrines in their homes and they use these to worship.
After this we learnt about Puja and the objects which Hindus use during puja.
