Class Three- Science, Carols and the Christmas Fair

This week in school Christmas has crept in, the decorations are up and our Collective Worships have included practising for our Carol Concert.

On Wednesday afternoon, we filled Sawley church and had a lovely time sharing the festivities with our families. Class Three retold the nativity through a poem, some of the children made some illustrations to go with it.

Our afternoon focus has been Science, this half term we are looking at animals including humans. We have looked closely at plants, animals and micro organisms and how we classify them.

On Friday it is our Christmas Fair, the children in year 5 and 6 have been working in groups to design and run their own Christmas Fair stall. We have
