Week 3

On Monday, we enjoyed an acro session with Miss Chloe. We leant that this involves acrobatics and dancing. It was lots of fun! We used the mat to practice our jumps and forward rolls. We learnt some different moves such as pike and tuck. The children liked dancing to the music with the scarves as well to colliderscope. Thank you Miss Chloe!

On Friday, year one and two completed their bridge project. For several weeks, in Science, we have been learning about different materials and their properties. We have conducted experiments into how waterproof they are and what purposes they are most suitable for. This week, we were challenged with making a bridge that a small toy car could travel over. We had to consider carefully which materials would be best and why then get making.

Our reception have enjoyed role playing in the cafe outside, making some lovely spring pictures and lots more.
