Sports Day

We had a wonderful day for our Sports Day, with the sunshine making the afternoon even more special and particularly hot. All of the children did incredibly well, showing fantastic determination and excellent teamwork throughout the events.

The afternoon began with a lovely picnic lunch on the field. Following lunch, the children took part in a carousel of activities, which included: pace hopper races, hurdles, beat the keeper and skipping. They had a great try at everything but particularly enjoyed the space hoppers!

We then moved on to the track races. The children gave it their all in the running races, egg and spoon race, sack race, and the water relay, all while cheering each other on. It was lovely to see the children having such a good go at everything!

A big well done to everyone! After totaling all the points, we are pleased to announce that the Green Team were this year's overall winners.
