<p>At 11am on Monday 11th November, the whole school gathered together to remember the brave people and animals who were injured or died in previous wars. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Congratulations to the boys in Class 4 that represented the school in the County finals. They performed amazingly and we couldn&#8217;t be prouder. Well done boys!</p>

<p>Thank you to Matthew for teaching us lots about the recorder and how to be an amazing recorder player. We were very inspired! &nbsp;</p>

<p>We enjoyed deliciously creepy Halloween food on our last day of term! Thank you to our Cook for preparing such amazing dishes.</p>

<p>All of our runners in Year 3, 5 and 6 made us extremely proud today as they ran in the cross-country regional semi-finals at Thirsk High School. Congratulations to two of our Year 6 boys who qualified to run in the regional finals!</p>

<p>  Roecliffe has enjoyed celebrating Mental Health Day. Thank you to Mrs. Singhateh who helped us all to gain a better understanding of mental health. Class 3 created their own mental health stories.</p>

<p>Thank you to Rev Karen and our Faith Committee for judging the Daniel and the Lions&#8217; Den artwork competition. The entries were just amazing and they have been displayed in the hall. &nbsp;</p>
