About Class 1

Our Class Teacher is Miss Thewsey. Miss Wray teaches us on Friday afternoons. Our teaching assistants are Mrs Peel and Mrs Jarman.

Our class is Reception, Year One children and Year two children.

Class 1 is a fun and exciting place to learn where everyone is made to feel welcomed and valued. We enjoy exploring our classroom and applying our knowledge through our play. We respect one another and our surroundings whilst always trying our best in everything we do. We also recognise it is important to be responsible, so we look after our things and try to help where possible. Most importantly, we have lots of big dreams and ideas which we are planting the seeds to achieve.

We show:      

• Responsibility for our belongings and the resources we use.
  Respect through listening to each other, working together and helping each other.

• Engagement by trying our best, keeping our work neat and not giving up.

• Aspiration by asking questions, taking risks and reaching for the stars!
