Staggered start/finish times

PLEASE NOTE, THESE RULES ARE STILL BEING FOLLOWED DURING THE FINAL PART OF THIS TERM:
Can we please remind you that we are currently following a staggered drop off/collection of children to ensure the safety of everyone and to ensure children and parents are not having to mix across class bubbles.
From Monday 26th April, we will be locking the front gate and will only open this at 8.40am to allow the following children to enter the school site:-
1. Class 1
2. Class 2
3. Older siblings of children in Class 1 & Class 2
Older siblings who are coming to school at the earlier time of 8.40am should come straight into school via the front door and should not be running around/waiting in the playground.
Children in Class 3 & 4 (who do not have a younger sibling in Class 1 or 2) should not arrive on site and should not enter the school gate until 8.50am. At 8.50am, they should immediately come into school and should not be running around the playground.
Children should not arrive at school without a parent unless you have informed the School Office of these arrangements in writing.
Collections:
Children who have arrived at the earlier morning time of 8.40am should leave the school site at the end of the day at the earlier collection time of 3.20pm:-
1. Class 1
2. Class 2
3. Older siblings of children in Class 1 & Class 2
Please collect your children and immediately leave the site to enable parents of older children in Class 3 & Class 4 to collect their children at 3.30pm. Children should not be playing on the school grounds/wooden play equipment at collection time.
Children should not leave the school without a parent unless you have informed the School Office of these arrangements in writing.
Unfortunately, if we are unable to see an improvement in the drop off/collections we will need to review this and will have to stagger these times by a greater amount of time to ensure we are complying with Covid regulations.
