Every day during lockdown, try to make sure you do some physical exercise. This could be riding your bike or going for a walk. On a Wednesday and a Thursday we will have time dedicated for PE on an afternoon.
But if you click on the link below, there are a lot of activities for you to try. Or you could try the Joe Wicks workouts! We will be using these activities for our PE sessions too.
